The Nativity scene is called many things; creche, manger scene or crib and represents the scene of the birth of Jesus in Bethlehem. Crib scenes feature figurines depicting the birth and story of Jesus: Jesus, Mary and Joseph, Shepherds, three wise men, sheep and angels. Jesus was born in a stable because there was no room for Mary and Joseph at the Inn in Bethlehem.
