Cucumber marinated in crème fraîche
You need:
Cucumber
Salt
Black pepper
Crème fraîche
(quantity according to number of people)
Simply slice up cucumber.
Place on a large plate or dish, and smear over heaped tablespoons of crème fraîche.
Season with sea salt and (freshly) ground black paper to taste.
Sprinkle over some marjoram (if fresh leaves, even better!)
