Preparation time = 15 minutes
Ingredients for four people :
350g Farfalle
150g single cream
20g smoked salmon
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tbsp chives, chopped
Finely sliced rind of ½ lemon
Salt
Pepper
20g butter
Melt the butter in a large pan.
Add the roughly chopped smoked salmon and cook for a minute over moderate heat.
Add the cream.
Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
Add the lemon rind and remove from the heat.
Cook the Farfalle in plenty of boiling salted water.
Drain and toss with the sauce, the parsley and chives.
