Generation IV is the fourth set of Pokémon games released. It consists of Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, and SoulSilver Versions on the Nintendo DS and Pokémon Battle Revolution on the Wii. The events of Generation IV are contemporaneous with the events of Generation II.
