Using a sponge, cover your whole face with a base coat of grey. Mix a darker grey by adding a little black to the original grey color an sponge on the dark parches around and above your eyes, on the side of your nose and on your cheeks and chin. Clean your sponge.

Add the detailing with a brush. First using white color, then using black color, draw thin lines from the corner of your eyes, on the upper cheeks under your eyes and on the lower cheeks from the corner of your nose. With white color, add fangs at each corner of your mouth, and outline with black. Using black, draw on exaggerated eyebrows on the forehead. Clean your brush each time your change the color.

Using red color, draw a thin line under each eye, paint the bottom lip and add drips of blood from the fangs.
