DIY Magic Doll Trick
Surprise your friends with your magic doll trick. They will certainly applaud! The magician promises his audience: "With my magic, the doll will start to laugh (or cry) behind my back! "
The secret is simple: behind his back, the magician rolls up the skirt of the doll quickly and puts it upside down. The doll is now showing her smiling, the sad face has disappeared under the fabric of the dress (or otherwise) face.
What you need:
cardstock to print template below
pencil
carbon paper
scissors
a thick felt pen tip
a piece of reversible fabric or plain cotton piece (8x60 cm)
needle
Extra-strong thread
How to make your magic doll:
- Print the doll template..
- With a thick felt pen tip, draw the smiling face on one of the heads face. Then return the doll to 180 degrees to draw a sad face on the other face at the oppposite end.
- Small dots on the cusp of a long side of the strip of fabric that covers exactly the size of the doll. End with a knot.
- Finally, spread the folds of the skirt on both sides of the character.
