A bit later, I was very angry and entered the kitchen grumbling to myself: “this time, I’ll tell them, for sure”. On seeing me, my mum shouted: “but what are you doing here at this time of the night?”
‘but today… today… is my birthday and no one, not even you, has wished me anything!”
I cried and sniffed! Boo hoo!
Both my parents looked at each other and burst into laughter! I looked at them in a nasty way. Tearing one of the papers on the calendar, they said: “hey, dum-dum, your birthday is tomorrow! Today is Friday 13th!!!!!
