Choosing good meat or fish is important when cooking or barbecuing, but the way you prepare it makes the difference! Have a try at this “marinade”! It's one of my mom's recipes!
Mix one pot of natural yoghurt with Tandoori Masala.
Add a little bit of garlic, herbs of Provence, estragon, rosemary, small chili pepper (ground), Maggi (or Knorr) cubes to taste.
You can also add other spices such as cumin powder. It's all to taste.
Everything should be moderate but make sure the tandoori is more, to bring out the red color.
Do not add oil or fat.
If you want it for dinner, you marinate the meat (chicken, veal, beef, etc.) in the morning; but if it's for lunch, better if you marinate it the previous night.
