Mango milkshake
For 4 people :
255ml of plain yoghurt
130ml of milk
130ml of canned mango pulp or 200g of fresh mango (stoned and sliced)
4 teaspoons of sugar, to taste.
Put all the ingredients into a blender.
Blend for two minutes.
Put into individual (chilled) glasses and serve.
Add a straw and a slice of orange on the border of the glass for presentation.
Sip and enjoy!
