Anyway, have fun learning "how to draw a mummy for kids" and make sure you let me know if this tutorial helped out at all with the task of making a cool Halloween figure that will look great on a fridge, wall, or window. Peace out and don't get too spooked out!....
Begin by making an oblong shape for the head and then draw a face guide like so. When that is done you can draw out the body and that's it for step one.
Draw out the head which can easily be done by thickening the head shape you just drew in step one.
Now you can draw out the circle shaped eyes, and be sure that the lining is thick, bold, and darkened. Next, draw the nose holes and mouth.
Here you will draw out the entire left side of the mummy's body, and as you can see it is very basic line work being used.
Next, draw out the right side of the body, and this should include the arm, side of the body, and leg. Erase the guides and mistakes because you will be drawing the bandage wrap next.
Simply go through the mummy and draw in the bandage lines. They shouldn't be uniform at all, instead make them uneven but neat.
That's it, you are all done. Now you can start coloring in your work and show off what you've done to people you know as well as the world.
