How to Draw a Cobra for Kids
Hey everyone, is anyone in the mood for snakes? I hope so because I'm about to join you guys as we go on a journey to drawing fun. Up next we will all learn "how to draw a cobra for kids", step by step. I should have known in the past that I should have made a tutorial on a cobra a long time ago. When I was just starting out with drawing, I can remember wanting to learn so bad the ins and outs to making a cobra. These snakes are so detailed and defined, it was sort of challenge making an easy enough cobra for novice artist to have fun with. Anyways, I think that's pretty much all I'm going to say for now. Have fun drawing a cobra for kids; I'm sure you will find some use for this snake, as I did when I was done. Peace out my peeps!....
Make a circle for the head, and then draw in the slithering body line, and then draw a slanted line for the face.
Draw in the actual shape of the cobra's head like so, and then draw the outline of the mouth along with the tongue which forks.
Draw the lower part of the jaw as well as the jaw line. Draw the wide shape of the eye and then draw in the two fangs.
Add a slit for the eye, add some detailing on the forehead, and then draw in some nostril holes or dashes.
Completely draw out the back of the snakes head, and then the entire body. This should be thick or worm shaped for now until the ribs get drawn in.
Draw out the ribs of the cobra's body like so, and then draw out the cone shaped tail.
Draw in the stomach or underside line and then erase the lines and shapes that you drew in step one.
Here is what the cobra looks like when you are all done. Color and design the snake to your liking, and then use the snake in your next drawing. Great work guys!
