"Effie Trinket" The Hunger Games Inspired Reaping Day Outfit
This is the reaping day outfit of Effie Trinket. I had a very hard time looking for the perfect outfit and makeup but I end up personalizing and making my own shirt/dress at TAYO (one of the stores at the SHOPS).
